Introduction:
Jawas chutney is made up of Flax or Jawas seeds which is very good source of Omega 3 fatty acids and very healthy. This chutney goes as a side dish in your regular meal.
Ingredients:
t /2 Cup Flax Seeds
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Red ChiliPowder
1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt for taste
Method
Heat up pan on medium heat
Dry roast flax seeds on low to medium heat and keep on stirring continuously
Once flax seeds are roasted nicely from all sides then let it cools down completely.
Transfer flax seeds into blender and add garlic, Red Chili powder, whole cumin seeds and Salt
Blend everything to make it into fine powder
Your Jawas or Flax seeds chutney is already.
