Spinach Sabzi-Palkachi Bhaji

Ingredients:


  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1/4 cup roasted Peanut powder
  • 4 cups fresh chopped Spinach
Spinach Sabzi-Palkachi Bhaji

Method


  • Wash and chop spinach roughly.
  • Roast peanuts, remove peels and blend coarsely.
  • Mix garlic and green chillies in blender and make a coarse paste out of it.
  • Heat up oil, once oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Let cumin seeds sizzle.
  • Add chilli garlic, paste and saute it for a minute.
  • Add chopped spinach leaves, mix well, add salt, cover and cook for just about 5 mts.
  • Add roasted peanut powder, mix and continue to cook for just about 2 mts.
  • Serve hot as a side dish with rice, chapati!
